Please, follow the instructions on the website to place your orders. Your order constitutes an offer to purchase the products and services. All orders are subject to our acceptance, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending an email confirming the shipment of your order ( Shipping Confirmation). A contract with us is formed only when the shipping confirmation is received. The contract will refer exclusively to those products and services whose shipment has been confirmed in the Shipping Confirmation. We will not be obliged to supply you with any other products or services that may have been part of your order in the same or a separate order confirmation.

We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time before we have accepted it and we may withdraw our acceptance and cancel your order, where an obvious pricing error has occurred or when products or services are no longer in our inventory. We also reserve the right, without prior notice, to limit the quantity of any product or service and / or to refuse service to any customer. We may also require verification of information before acceptance and / or shipment of any order.

The customer is prohibited from entering false names, and/or invented names, and/or fantasy names, durante la tramitación del pedido online y las sucesivas comunicaciones. Macaronesia aceptará artículos para un intercambio (excluyendo los gastos de envío) por una con el mismo valor.

Todas las reclamaciones deben ser presentadas dentro de los 7 días desde la fecha de envío . Los artículos deben estar en el embalaje original, y no deben haber sido usados, alterado o lavado. Las etiquetas originales y Banda de higiene deben permanecer en su lugar.

Después de recibir de vuelta el tema del intercambio se procesará a los 7 días. Macaronesia se reserva el derecho a negar el cambio basado en si el artículo está en mal estado, no ofrece reembolsos y no es responsable o responsables de la pérdida de prendas de ser devuelto.

Artículos en venta / de salida no serán aceptados para su devolución o cambio.

I just made a purchase, how can I track my order??

I received my order today but got the wrong size, can I exchange it for another one??

You have 7 days from the day you received your order to make an exchange of size as long as the garment has not been worn , is in its original packaging , has its paper or cardboard tag attached and retains its sanitary strip in the same place. The exchange will always be made for the same model, as long as it is available, otherwise for another of equal price and similar features. Returns are not accepted, in any case the amount will be refunded .
